Thermal bonded wadding production line processes polyester fibers and low melt fibers through opening, blending, carding, web forming, web bonding, and drying processes to produce lofty rolls. This nonwoven production line primarily utilizes hot air bonding, also known as thermal bonding technology, to manufacture nonwoven materials with a three-dimensional network structure, commonly referred to as thermal bonded wadding. The products are characterized by high loftiness, soft texture, and excellent thermal insulation properties, making them suitable for use as insulation filling layers in apparel and bedding products. They can also be applied in medical and filtration products.
