Thermal bonded wadding production line processes polyester fibers and low melt fibers through opening, blending, carding, web forming, web bonding, and drying processes to produce lofty rolls. Different fiber combinations and process adjustments can be chosen according to various market demands to produce products with different textures, thicknesses, and loftiness.
This nonwoven production line primarily utilizes hot air bonding, also known as thermal bonding technology, to manufacture nonwoven materials with a three-dimensional network structure, commonly referred to as thermal bonded wadding. The products are characterized by high loftiness, soft texture, and excellent thermal insulation properties, making them suitable for use as insulation filling layers in apparel and bedding products. They can also be applied in medical and filtration products.
The production line configuration is flexibly adapted to different products and automation requirements. It mainly includes fiber opening and blending equipment, carding machines, web formation machines, web bonding and drying equipment, calendering and ironing equipment, slitting & winding machines, etc., to meet production needs, offering a diverse range of product specifications.
