This customer is a large-scale furniture upholstery company in their country. Our technical and project teams thoroughly understand the customer's actual needs. Starting from addressing the large amount of textile wastes generated during furniture production, we provided the customer with a complete set of nonwoven production solutions, including waste fabric opening and recycling, as well as needle-punched and thermally bonded combo production line.
We sent senior engineers to handle tasks such as installation, commissioning, training, and participation in product development for the nonwoven production line. Ultimately, this enabled the customer to meet most of their nonwoven raw material self-use requirements for soft furniture, effectively reducing production costs by integrating upstream and downstream industries for the customer.
